9:00am - 8:00pm Wednesday and Thursday

Medical Day Spa Hours:
8:00am - 6:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
9:00am - 8:00pm Wednesday and Thursday
      Note, after-hour appointments may be scheduled upon request.


Payment Options
We accept most major insurance's for medical treatments. Cosmetic and Laser procedures are not covered by insurance. We accept Cash or major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover). Personal checks are not accepted.

Refunds
Gift certificates are non refundable. Skincare products may be returned for exchange or credit when accompanied by a receipt within 10 days.

Gratuities (for Medical Day Spa)
We are unable to add service gratuities to your credit card.


Check-in / Cancellation Policies

Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your reserved appointment.

Cancellation Policy (for Medical Day Spa only)
As a courtesy to our aestheticians and other clients, please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be billed a fee of $75.00 should you cancel in less than 24 hours or if you fail to show for your reserved appointment.

For Medical Day Spa:
Advanced appointments are suggested. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Please call 1-866-503-1925 and talk with one of our professional skincare experts to select the treatment option best suitable for your needs and individual skin type.
