Payment Options We accept most major insurance's for medical treatments. Cosmetic and Laser procedures are not covered by insurance. We accept Cash or major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover). Personal checks are not accepted. Refunds Gift certificates are non refundable. Skincare products may be returned for exchange or credit when accompanied by a receipt within 10 days. Gratuities (for Medical Day Spa) We are unable to add service gratuities to your credit card. Check-in / Cancellation Policies Check-in Policy (for Medical Day Spa only) Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your reserved appointment. Cancellation Policy (for Medical Day Spa only) As a courtesy to our aestheticians and other clients, please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be billed a fee of $75.00 should you cancel in less than 24 hours or if you fail to show for your reserved appointment. Appointments For Medical Staff: Advanced appointments are required.
